How are site licenses billed?
Billing is annual. Site licenses are billed at an annual minimum cost and/or based on the previous years usage.
At the end of the year De Novo Software calculates the total number of users that actually used FCS Express. The renewal cost for the next year is based on the previous year's usage. It is calculated according to our pricing table.
