How do I reinstall FCS Express on another computer?
You can download the latest version of FCS Express from our our Downloads page for installation on another computer.
If you have purchased the dongle, or internet dongle, or are a site license user simply install, configure, and use FCS Express on your new computer as you do on other computers. Your license of FCS Express may be used on a Mac or PC, or both.
If you have purchased the countercode version, you will be required to obtain a new countercode. Note that there is a $25 administrative charge for a new countercode. Please contact sales@denovosoftware.com to obtain a new countercode. Once you have purchased the new countercode, you can install it following the instructions here.
Please note your FCS Express license specifically precludes you from using the countercode version on more than one computer.
