How do I renew my license?

Renewals can be made online using the instructions below. Select the option that best fits your license status.

These instructions only apply to the renewal of non-commercial, research-use-only (RUO) licenses.

If you need to renew a commercial or a clinical license, or if you have any questions, please contact us at sales@denovosoftware.com.

Go to https://denovosoftware.com/ShoppingCart/?RenewExpiringOrders=1. This will automatically place an expiring subscription into your Shopping Cart.
1. Once the renewal is in your Shopping Cart, click OK.
2. Click Checkout or Create Estimate to complete the renewal or to produce a PDF file of the renewal estimate.
3. If necessary, click Back to bring you back to the Purchasing home page.
4. If applicable, select the option if this is for an educational institution.
5. If applicable, apply a discount code.
6. Set whether you want the order to automatically renew when the term is over.
7. Add your credit card information. Please note that purchase orders are only accepted for orders over $1500 USD.
8. If applicable, upload a tax-exempt certificate.
9. Click Estimate to create a PDF of the renewal estimate.
10. Click Continue to checkout.
11. Confirm your Billing and Shipping information and then click Final Review.
12. In Final Review, click Place Order to complete the order.

First, log into My Account at https://denovosoftware.com/myaccount/.
1. Click Order History.
2. Click Renewals.
3. For the expired license, click the Renew button. For the expired license, the expiration date should be listed in red.
4. If renewing an older license to our new consolidated license for the first time, click OK. This message will not appear if your license has already been consolidated.
5. If applicable, select the option for whether this order is for an educational institution.
6. Click Save.
7. Go to your Shopping Cart.
8. Click Checkout or Create Estimate.
9. If applicable, apply your Discount Code.
10. Enter your credit card information. Please note that purchase orders are only accepted for orders over $1500 USD.
11. If applicable, upload a tax-exempt certificate.
12. Click Estimate to create a PDF of the renewal estimate.
13. Click Continue to proceed through Checkout.
14. Confirm your Billing and Shipping information. Click Final Review.
15. Click Place Order to complete the order.
