What is the difference between the Logging option and System Level Audit Trails?

Our Logging feature enables the audit trail capability, which captures the details of the actions performed during analysis, such as:

  • moving a gate,
  • deleting an object,
  • changing a data file,
  • a modification of any object within the layout,
  • and many other actions.

For Logging, FCS Express records:

  • the action performed,
  • the details of the action,
  • who performed the action,
  • the date and time the action was performed.

The System-Level Audit Trail records actions that are performed on the system level.

You can find more information about our System-Level Audit Trails here and here.
