Do you offer image segmentation or image analysis?
No. At this time, there are no image analysis or segmentation tools built into FCS Express.
Image segmentation needs to be completed prior to importing your multi-parametric data, segmentation maps and images into FCS Express to use Image Cytometry data features.
Compatible free image segmentation options include tools using BioFormats such as CellProfiler and ImageJ which enable the use of over a hundred different image formats with FCS Express.
