How do I cancel my auto renewing subscription?
License subscriptions are managed via your De Novo Software account.
- Navigate to https://denovosoftware.com/myaccount.
- Choose Active Subscriptions from the menu on the right.
- Select your license from the list.
- Click Disable Auto Renew and click OK.
Please see example below.
Please note that cancellations are not prorated to the time left remaining in the term. All sales of FCS Express are final according to our refund policy. Please contact support@denovosoftware.com for help or with any questions around subscription auto renew cancellations.
