Why do I see a warning message when inserting a Spectrum Plot?
- Reason 1: You are viewing an Unmixed file, but the complementary raw file has not been loaded
- Please follow these steps to load the complimentary raw file:
- Ensure the raw file is in the correct relative filefolder location for your version of SpectroFlo
- Ensure the Cytek Instrument Specific Settings are set to load both the raw and unmixed parameters
- The Cytek File Merge Rule is explained on this page of the manual.
- Reload the data.
- Please follow these steps to load the complimentary raw file:
- Reason 2: If you are not using Cytek data, you need to first use the Merge to Spectra pipeline step to create your spectral parameter.
- When the Extra Keywords file is present in the data folder, Reload the data.
