How do I activate my dongle?

Once you have obtained your dongle configuration file, you are ready to activate the dongle. You can use your dongle for 45 days without activation. If the dongle has not yet been activated, every time you plug the dongle into the computer, FCS Express will try to connect to the De Novo Software website and attempt to activate the dongle. This happens transparently to the user. The De Novo Software website will only activate the dongle once payment for your purchase has be received.

If the dongle has not been approved after 45 days have passed, FCS Express will not work, even if the dongle is plugged into the computer. Please contact your accounts payable department to confirm payment has been made. If you believe you have paid, please contact sales@denovosoftware.com, and we will investigate.
