How can I easily create the "filename" column in the "ExtraKeywordsTable.csv" file?

Adding extra keywords is useful for adding descriptors to your data files that were not saved as metadata at the time of sample acquisition.

The easiest way to annotate multiple files with any number of custom keyword(s) is to create a CSV file named ExtraKeywordsTable.csv as described here.

To help you with the creation of the “filename” column within the ExtraKeywordsTable.csv file, this template can be used.
