How do I update my density and contour plots created in Version 4 to use the newest color palette?

Version 4 of FCS Express had 25 discrete color levels associated with each density palette while  Version 5 and greater has 256 discrete color levels associated with each palette. That means that density plots in Version 5 and greater appear much smoother. To apply the new color palette smoothing to layouts created in Version 4 in Version 5 or greater, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the layout created in FCS Express 4 in FCS Express 5 or greater.
2. Multiple-select all density plots.
3. Click on the Format tab>Color Levels.
4. Click on the Default button in the Selected Color Level section (highlighted in red below.

The color levels will now be optimized for FCS Express 5 or greater.
