Creating panels in FCS Express is easy. In the example below, a three-tube panel is created to divide the six tubes in the Data List into two iterations to scroll and batch as needed without manually updating each plot with the appropriate sample.  Next, a second two-tube panel is added with a stationary control.  FCS Express allows you to create panels to meet your analysis needs.

In many clinical labs, predefined panels are used to simplify and standardize their assays. These panels can consist of one or two tubes, such as those run for performing simple assays or screening tests, or they can consist of many tubes to define more complex assays or complete workups.  In either case, FCS Express allows you to automatically load an entire panel's worth of data into your analysis layout. Each file will automatically populate the appropriate plot in your analysis layout. Panels allow you to change all the data in a particular layout to a new set of data files or to analyze multiple data files patient-by-patient, greatly decreasing the amount of time spent analyzing your cases.
