View your single color controls in a spectra viewer on the EasyPanel website. The actual spectral signature automatically gets compared to the expected signature for that fluorophore. A similarity score is calculated. Fluorophores with low similarity scores may indicate degradation.

Store your own reference controls as the benchmarks for expected signatures.
Scientists have the flexibility to set their own benchmark/reference controls from any single-color controls coming from FCS Express. Clicking Set as Spectral Signature Benchmarks allows users to store the spectral signatures of their reference controls in their EasyPanel account. The user can set those stored signatures as the benchmark for comparison.

Save and view the spectral signatures of your reference controls over time.
EasyPanel will store multiple submissions of spectral signatures for a given fluorochrome (from different FCS files acquired on different dates). It will display a table comparing each submission’s similarity to the reference/benchmark signature for that fluorochrome. This allows users to monitor and assess the quality of the fluorochrome across experiments conducted over time.
