  • The Compensation Preferences found in FCS Express that define how the software behaves when dealing with compensation for your data.
  • How to manipulate a Compensation matrix for:
    • a specific pairing of fluorescent parameters within a plot,
    • the modification of an existing compensation matrix,
    • the creation of a new compensation matrix in FCS Express,
    • how a new compensation matrix can be applied to data,
    • how to perform mixed media compensation, where the compensation controls are of varying types of media, such as cells and beads.
