A common problem in flow cytometry data analysis is where to store the results from your experiments. Often, the results end up in different spreadsheets or PowerPoint presentations scattered around your hard drive. It can be a tedious and time consuming task to collate all these results when it comes time to publish a paper or present your work. On many occasions, even simply finding the experiments of interest can be a challenge.
 
The De Novo Software Data Services (DDS) is an easy-to-use online database that allows you to store your experimental results.

You can upload and store all the following items in a single location on the DDS:

    • Statistics
    • Keywords
    • Images
    • PDF files
    • PowerPoint Presentations
    • FCS Files



Data is placed into the DDS through the FCS Express Batch Processing system. Once you set up your layout with the DDS integration, you simply run through your data using the batch processing function and it will all be automatically sent up to the DDS.



Once the information is on the DDS site, you can easily search through your data by creating Queries.
For instance, you can say "Find me all the experiments where the CD4+ cells were greater than 5% of the total and at least 15% of the cells were apoptotic".  All your results including FCS files can be downloaded from the DDS when you are ready to analyze your experiments in detail.



We have several DDS plans to choose from depending upon your data requirements.  
The "Stats Only" plan is provided at no cost to anyone with a De Novo Software account.
