Using your Institutional Site License as an End User

Your FCS Express site license may be accessed in two ways. Please follow the instructions below based on the information provided to you by your FCS Express license administrator.

Accessing your FCS Express Site License via Credentials Provided by your Administrator

To access your institutions site license of FCS Express please follow the instructions below. Please note that in order to access your site license you must have a valid De Novo Software Account. Your site license administrator may have already created an account on your behalf. If not, you may register for a new account on the De Novo Software website.

Download and install FCS Express as a standalone license.
Run FCS Express and when prompted by the configuration file wizard, enter your De Novo Software Account credentials.
Choose the configuration file associated with your institution and complete the wizard.
When prompted by FCS Express login with your De Novo Software account credentials.

Requesting an Account via the Online Registration System

To access your institution's site license of FCS Express please follow the instructions below. Please note that in order to access your site license you must have a valid De Novo Software Account.

1. Log into your De Novo software account at https://denovosoftware.com/myaccount/.

2. If you do not have a De Novo software account, please create one by registering at https://denovosoftware.com/register/.

3. After logging into your account, on the right-hand side of the screen, click on Register Site License and enter the unique site license code you have received in the Site License Code field.

4. You will be notified that your account is awaiting approval from the site license administrator.

5. Once your account has been approved you will receive an email notifying you of approval. After account approval, download the software for your correct operating system.

6. Use the installation instructions found at https://denovosoftware.com/installation-instructions/ to perform the installation.

Please note that this is considered a Standalone installation.

7. After installation is complete, launch FCS Express and configure FCS Express according to the instructions found at https://denovosoftware.com/installation-instructions/#configure.
