Data Specific Gates
IN THIS VIDEO:
Data Specific Gates in FCS Express allow you the ability to assign gates to specific data files that have been loaded in the data list. Different gating positions and strategies between data files may be stored and automatically used when displaying plots or making calculations when using the Data Specific Gate feature. Watch this video to learn more about Data Specific Gates.

This feature is useful if you want to use your markers to "bifurcate" a histogram, or even split it into additional segments, or link markers from different histograms together. This video will show you the easy ways in which you can link your markers together.
LEARN HOW TO:
- Link a Single Marker
- Link bounds of Two Markers
- Use a Statistic to set a bound of a Marker
