Legends are useful to describe the data presented in your plots and to help distinguish between several data files that are overlaid onto a single plot and can be easily enabled within the analysis.
3The Histogram Subtraction Tool
Histogram subtraction allows you to determine the percent positive on a histogram by subtracting a negative control histogram from a sample histogram. Histogram subtraction can be performed either on an individual basis, or set up to be automatically calculated and appear on the statistics window for a series of histograms.
